I've Lost Faith in The ANC Will Cost Them Dearly in 2021

I have lost faith in the ruling party i.e. the ANC and their arrogance in handling issues of national importance. It should be borne in the mind of every citizen to know that government does not know how to manufacture wealth or create jobs on their own accord. They absorb resources from private sector businesses and tax revenue collections.
If they did – there would be more factories and manufacturing industries than we could care to cope with. More happy investors’ would take initiatives to fund new projects and inventions to be exported overseas to sustain a thriving economy.

Our Freedom Has Been Violated By the ANC - They Are Not Committed to The Values and Needs of Our Society!
Job Opportunities
  • If they did – there would be surplus vacancies in all sectors of our economy to make everyone sick of making choices to occupy a job that will make them king of their domains because they’ve mastered their craft.
  • If they did – unions will cease to exist because the word “go-slow” will not be found in the vocabulary of any worker when dreams are fulfilled in the nick of time. Instead words like “work-is-life & life-is-work” will be a positive health mantra that will replace their medical aid.
  • If they did – there would be more wealthy black farmers ploughing maize-meal fields like fat cakes to supply Europe, Asia and the West with enough food to last them a century.
  • If they did – there would be no squatter camps and poverty or cable theft that is ravaging our country and infested our people with desperation to destroy the moral fabric of our society.
  • If they did – there would be no informal traders hustling the streets of our cities competing with African Foreigners to sell Chinese goods, because our Government decided to make South Africa a dumping ground for foreign garbage.
  • If they did – the number of unemployed would not be standing at +/-24 million and the number  out of a healthy population of 60 million citizens.
S.A. Unemployed Statistics Since 2021

Government will never begin to do so, purely because they do not have the “Will Power”, the “Backbone” and the “GUTS” to do so successfully because they’re not qualified to make decisive assertive individual decisions that call for accountability reporting.

They are excellent thieves and “Happy-Feet-Street-Frenzy-Toyi-Toyi-Dancers” who have mastered the art of stealing from us “Tax-Payers” without feeling guilty or remorseful.
The ANC positions in all sectors of Government are deployed with military “comrade” relationships of nepotism to secured favours to their unqualified “next-of-kin’s”. They’re programmed to be sneaky, unreliable time wasters who pretend they know what they’re doing at the expense of the nation.

Nepotism Promotes Poverty

They collect and sell CV’s at a profit for job occupations to feed their greed and to promote party political personal agenda at the expense of the country’s GDP. Productivity and quality and execution of services has been sacrificed and deteriorated due to this practice.

Lack of properly skilled and trained personnel is compromised to become common Government business practice. They advertise posts and vacancies in the newspaper for positions that have already been occupied by their relatives, just to follow protocol to avoid investigations against corruption.

Their business work-ethics and values to equitable resource development and allocation of productivity projects for unemployed graduates and local citizens, is wanting and non-existent. They have no sense of responsibility and accountability for good governance, and proud to do the right thing.

It is evident that the ANC are not in business for the nation rather in it for their political party and themselves. What choices are we left with as a nation if such a behavior continues to expand out of proportions to benefit only few who are connected to this corrupt system?

Rather we should employ people with Retail Business Skills and experience the likes of Richard Maponya, Phamudzi Holdings, Pick & Pay, Herman Mashaba, Shoprite to run institutions of government to make them yield profits and not loses like SAA and PRASA or ESKOM just to mention a few self-made millionaires who build their business enterprises from scratch without stealing from anyone.

South Africa and the State of The Nation after the Gupta capture is becoming a dictatorship in the making. They have their hands on everything that is not suppose to be political and contaminated by Apartheid Ideology were it is not apparent. As if life revolves around our perpetual history of oppression.

– Get over it we are in the future and 23 years of mismanagement of power will be their legacy. They have no excuse for poor governance, but have themselves to blame IF they lose elections in 2019.

Successful and professional private enterprises and corporations hold personnel and staff accountable for wrong doing and bad conduct. Their human resources strategy is centered on development workshops to improve customer services to deliver excellence. The South African Government, especially the ANC do not operate on these rules or principles.

In Government these rules only exist on paper to impress the ignorant masses and to pass the buck to someone else, when things go wrong. Their agenda is completely different, obscured and out of focus with the agenda of the Nations’ Paradigm.

Their modus operand is subtleties of greed, lust and sly motives to maximize their pockets and wealth over and above serving their country’s interests, is rooted in selfishness. So! how on earth did they get away with murder and stole our confidence and trust to rule for 23 years without being caught to deserve our respect and votes?

Entrepreneurship skills to create jobs and sustain the economy lie in the knowledge base and practical extensive experience and unique skills of the private sector and international investments, through skills transfer. A professional business skill is a behavior that is learned over a long period of time.

Life Skills Show Small Talk

Solution No.1 small radio talk for the millennium join me share with you other alternative ways we can help our people to grow and reach their full potential. South Africa is not the same anymore and our people have lost hope and confidence in our government. We need a new breed of leadership and community initiatives to inspire a new revolution of free thinkers to liberate our people from  "group mentality and control". Individuals who can write, sing, rap and recite poetry of discontent to voice their opinion and point of view using alternative media platforms.

Current radio stations and talk shows both private and the public broadcasters do not have enough space to accommodate everyone. Therefore, we need to stand up and represent our own ideals, be it in education, job creation, churches or religious groups or entrepreneurship we need to stand up and take responsibility for the future we want to see happen. The time is not tomorrow, but now. Use your talent to make the country a better place for those who live in it. God Bless South Africa and all people who live in it - Is the slogan for our future.

Group Thinking is A Cause for Poor Leadership

That's why we have these podcast to find that hope. I need more people to come forward and contribute to this new force of life. To inject a new sense of direction, it is pointless for us to watch and look things deteriorate and we do nothing about it. I do not expect you to like want I say nor appreciate what I'm trying to do. I have very limited resources, but utilize my own creative ways to learn to communicate my ideas. Excuses do not make a man - only commitment changes our perspective and thoughts about life.

My point is if you keep complaining about the Government - you are not helping them find alternatives or offer solution to make them realize our challenges. By doing something about it you might be a solution everyone is looking for. So do something positive to help change our circumferences. Be proactive instead of become reactive and condemn them without offering other means to solve problems our society is faced with today.

Read more article like this one HERE:

In the era of Apartheid we stood up and belonged to some community or political organization in one form or  another and our contribution in the struggle to fight for our freedom was not the ANC's personal battle as a stand-alone political organization. There were both inside and outside forces who contributed to our freedom. Individuals like me were instrumental and hands-on to serve time and purpose to this effect and went to jail in solitary confinement. It was this commitment and act of passion for what we believed in to get involved in the struggle against Apartheid and its injustices that made us all free today. Read this article here there are brothers who are not being recognized for their contribution to the struggle yet they made a big difference to this country.

Poets! Artists and Musician like Lefifi Tladi etc. HERE:

Why should it be different today? Together we can change people's mind by allowing them to create things using their minds to express a thought rather than perpetuate chaos through looting, xenophobia or burning tires and killing foreigners - There is more we can do with our creative talents in art, music, poetry, rap, writing and publishing articles which can later on be part of our future education system. We need to be leaders and carve a pah for change and prosperity for all. Keep listening and please share on Facebook, Twitter and Whatsup.

Peace!

Who Is Fooling Who? You Be The Judge

This podcast attempts to look at the perceptions and reality of our self-denial defined by limitation, laziness and a lack of commitment to do things right for the first-time and bring the best of our God given talent and responsibilities, without relying on "Powers-That-Be" to control our fate!
http://cliks.it/click/ypYQE

Otherwise, Pakistanians, Nigerians, Zimbabwens and Somalians wouldn't invade and take-over the SPAZA-SHOPS industry, private sector jobs and or dominate the retails streets of Johannesburg's pavements if you followed your dreams, passion and listened to your gut feel, in the process of creating your own FUTURE.
Would they?

"If Your Believe System is negative and Dominates Your Thoughts - It Therefore Controls Your Decisions and Ultimate Behaviour Period!"

Your government and the ANC is responsible for setting up High Dependency Syndrome Mentality amongst Blacks by allowing S.A. Citizens to rely on it "ANC" for everything in order to secure and control voters.

The Writer’s Bug – Who Should Have This Bug?

Chris was a special human-being, in fact he was my boss and a pharmacist by profession and I was an office equipment technician. This was an odd combination of talents and skills yet his business was OD (Organizational Development and Leadership Coaching).

He specialized in Human Resources Development interventions and business processes for corporations and multinational companies. His motto was 1+1=3, which means (two people of like minds can impact the world positively when they engage their common actions towards positive change).

He once said to me “Live the world a better place than you found it” somehow; I could relate to what he meant. Chris was an unconditional giver, coach, the elder brother I did not have, and a teacher, businessman, entrepreneur, friend a role model and leader to people he came in contact with. He influenced my writing, acknowledged my talent and inspired me to continue to write until the “bug” stops.

We were at the office on a Friday afternoon, just after lunch I went to sit alone in the lounge room because everyone was preparing to play volley ball. I decided to sneak out because I wanted to capture a special mood “in words” of the office staff all playing volleyball as I watch them from the balcony of the office vantage point.

(They were having fun and letting their hairs down), after all sales were good and we had all reached our targets and were fully booked to deliver training programs for the following month.

http://computing101.isaac-khonjelwayo.com/isaac-podcasts/

I had some fragmented pieces of paper and a pen with me and a notepad on the couch in the lounge, as if trying to put together a jigsaw puzzle, when Chris walked in. He smiled at me and shouted from the top of his voice seeing me scribble!  “Oh! Isaac has a bug.  You too have a writer’s bug?”

He continued “welcome to the world of mad and creative people”. I smiled back and obviously understood what he meant. I was trying to finish a poem that was inspired by the office staff team building efforts quietly before I could join them later-on to play volleyball.

His eldest son Shaun- walked in just before I could respond to Chris’ comment and he Shaun said “You too have the bug? – what are you up to dude?” To cut a long story short my writing addiction was now exposed and longer the secret I had kept to myself for some time.

My writers’ bug started long before I realized I had a writer’s bug. As a technician, I used to carry with me a note pad where I would scribble anything that inspired my life’s encounter with its magic moments. I enjoyed studying and observing behaviour, how and what people do in the park, street, bus stop, weddings etc.

But, also I read extensively and stocked up my library with several unique books by diverse international bestselling authors across different literature genres and subjects. Eventually I would write a poem or prose about my experiences and the thoughts that went through my mind proficiently.

This; I kept doing for fun for such a long time that it became second nature and it happened in the most remote and unexpected awkward times or moments and places, sometimes when I least expect it to happen.

It was as if I was inspired by an unseen “divine-force” to keep my thoughts in place and to tell a story, the way I experience it; like watching a movie, but in the form of words. At that time I did not know Chris was also a writer and about to release and publish his 1stbook.

http://appdesignfactory.co.za/r800-oto2/

This is when I was informed what the writer’s bug was all about and that I had a role and a purpose to contribute and “leave the world a better place than I found it”. This “writer’s bug” is unique to people who are creative and passionate to have discovered their sense of purpose – I am told.

I loved and enjoyed the company of the “writer’s bug” because at that time I was preparing to pursue an alternative hobby as a writer. To hone my writing skills I volunteered to write for various local community newspapers for “No Payment” whatsoever, just to get the experience and criticism or responses from readers.

Awards & Citations:
My first writing encounters were at primary school, where I won the 1st prize for Best Health Article on “Hygiene” writing competition sponsored by Reckitt & Colman now (Unilever). Everything made sense when Chris shouted “Oh! Isaac has a writer’s bug?” He too was a volunteer professional author and writer for several magazines and business publications, doing it without remuneration strangely.

My second writing prowess was authoring words of poetry titled “Belong”written in 1984 which inspired an American Mr. Will Gentry a Nashville music producer, singer-songwriter, composer and professional musician to turn them into a soft melodious country song. See link here:  http://www.copyrightencyclopedia.com/counting-the-railroad-ties-by-robert-willyard-will-gentry/

Anyone who aspires to tell the world a story or attempts to save the day is definitely possessed by “The Writer’s Bug”. They need no special requirements except be “bugged” to act on what inspires their life’s purpose. Looking back to the years that have gone by; I find it impossible to learn a new skill today without volunteering to discover my other hidden talents and passion?

My third and most profound encounter with “The Writer’s Bug” is authoring the song-poem “Key To Love” which won the 1st prize in the International “Song Of The Year Contest”lyrics category in 2005. See link here:  http://songoftheyear.com/winners/2005/2005allwinners.htm

My forth challenge came around June 1990, were I was appointed to write for the Business Resources Management Journal. I was the 1st “African Author” credited amongst White professors and scholars to contribute business articles that deal with productivity and human development at factory floor. This initiative was engineered and propagated by Chris himself to boost and leverage my career prospects in HR at that time.

My Writer’s Bug inspired me to write and contribute by pouring my heart, to challenge and question convention; lately to do prose, journals and commentaries. This is where the bug stopped.

  1.        The quiet joyful noise
  2.         When fate ties you in a knot-what do you do?
  3.         Which I.T. book
  4.         TIPS! How To Take Care Of Your Finances In 7 Easy Steps
  5.         Soweto in a nutshell
  6.         Call it what you like

So! If you do not have the bug are you considered a writer? Can you write without a “writer’s bug”? Anyone who has written and published any form of books, journals, or news paper articles must have been inspired by this bug. They must have read a variety of literature to soak themselves into the pool of self-expression.

To get the “bug” you must become a protégé of someone who (chooses you), Likes, Believes and Adores you and sees your unique and true potential. Whatever Chris saw in me I have tried to manifest that dream. He liked me, adored me and believed in me and I proved him right.

Anyone who has drive, ambition, wisdom and the 6th sense, shared vision and a passion to “Live the world a better place than they found it” will be a host of the writer’s bug. They must have the stamina to follow dictates of the bug.

Possess long-term ambition to fulfill prophesy of their “calling”, write to communicate openly and heal the world, love and enjoy the challenge. They must have a well designed plan to execute their writing vision or learn through trial and error before they can be called masters of the art.

It starts with a piece of paper and a notepad which one carries secretly to jot-down their ideas or inspiration before the “bug” makes entry to starts the attack. My understanding of the writer’s bug – is that writers and authors use it as a weapon of inspiration to tap into its source of creativity.

Empowered seasoned writers carve words-into-images; take us through landscapes of their imagination to blatantly show us of our hopes, fears and desires, permitting us entry to appreciate the unknown mysterious grand theater of our minds.

This makes for a new world of discovery and books a special place to belong to, where we can leave behind a rich footprint of our legacy’s tapestry for the next generations to build and repair their world using the framework of our past blueprints experiences.

Wake Up Everybody - There's No More Time To Sleep!

Shame

When fate ties you into a knot
You wake up feeling extremely lousy and screwed after a party.
You want to call your friends over to reverse the event
And start the party all over again from the beginning.
But your body wants to puke and sleep on it to call it a day

http://www.amazon.com/When-Fate-Ties-You-Knot-ebook/dp/B006WXYW1W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1454359947&sr=8-1&keywords=isaac+khonjelwayo

The point is!

The only thing standing between you and everlasting happiness is your state of mind, but your body does not understand the difference.

A happy person does not need drugs or get high to sustain an event.

Detoxify your body and think like a child to gain control of your happy moods and thoughts.

Indulgence is symptomatic of genes inherited from a bad pool blame it on the Sun.
