Our Oneness Reunion was a success even though only 10 members attended the "Reunion" this was groundbreaking considering 35 years ago we were just students and rookies of "The Business Corporation Office Automation" industry.

  This reunion was emotional and special particular seeing you guys how much you have aged and the wisdom you have acquired throughout your lives. This experience was something to write home about. Authoritarian leadership and tight control was the hallmark of that yesterday’s businessman, and women were not exactly welcomed into the ranks of management.  This was intimidating to women because it placed a low value to their contribution in business and society.

Woman of The Millennium must draw a wide range of skills to get to the top and stay there. These tips are essential in making a success out of your career! Forget what your mama or your friends tell you, because following their advice can be bad for your health too.

• Focus on your strengths and contribute to others
• Learn from those who believe in your potential
• Catch up with high-tech era skills
• Challenge opportunities and go for it
• Seek a mentor and stick with them

It takes a certain mind-set and bravado for anyone to start their own business and succeed, but it’s even more difficult for a female entrepreneur to crack the success male dominated business code. Let alone getting credit for their initiatives.

Let’s face it, ladies!  

After all, if we can bear and raise the future generation, how can running a successful business scare us? We’ve always had to be twice-as-smart and twice-as-confident as any male counterpart in the corporate world.   

So Let's work with them and learn from them, men are becoming more accepting and receptive to women leadership than we can afford to give them credit for. Ladies! the ball is in your court play your part and make a difference.
