Township life is not easy for the poor and uneducated, although there are means and ways people and youth can find jobs i.e. create your own "self employment." project.

It is not surprising that this fellow used his creativity, put up a mask and braved the street to entertain motorist to earn an honest living. As the saying goes "there are many ways of skinning a cat than - drowning it in milk".

This guy is not committing any crime, or stealing from anyone. Therefore, we need to support his efforts and encourage HIM to continue the good work. God Bless him.

Giving Your All

Most people would rather receive than give. Somehow I feel better and relieved when I give "Help"  "Support", "Love", "Food" etc. unconditionally to any person who needs more than what I have.
It seems as if giving - from a spiritual perspective, provides givers with blessings more than they can ever imagine. People who give, and those that I have spoken with; have experienced the most profound feeling that is unlike any so difficult to explain.

Give your all!

At the same time the people who seem to give also receive certain pleasures that are unique to that individual. Something like, experiencing a beautiful dreamless state of inner peace and joy.
This feeling is very special, one has to experience it in order to understand it. It's deep and personal.

It seems like also this feeling promotes good health and better digestion and more. If giving or serving others has secret divine rewards, i plan to indulge more on it because the addiction of helping others has more than what I have bargain for.

Endless creativity and problem solving is one I can explain. The other is constant supply of motivation to do more and share with the rest of the world to say the least.

Try it - you never know until you do it. Help someone who needs your support and care.

It is not easy to learn a new discipline especially if you are living with your parents and supporting your siblings. However, chances are that if you have a girl friend or boyfriend it will be a little different. 

To know how to save and manage your finances effectively you will need a special mechanism of control. There is a saying that goes “If you cannot control it – You cannot manage it”. 

To control your finances effectively its a big challenge not only for ordinary folks; even the more advanced earners have a problem controlling its outflow. 

It is more difficult to build or create wealth in abundance or start from scratch like me for example. I did not inherit anything from my parents or legacy of my family- in fact, I always battle to raise cash or keep my income stable.

I knew there was a way out of poverty although I grew up independent and self sufficient enough has never been enough. Cost of living has always been my biggest obstacle. There must be a secret of how successful people get around issues of building wealth – but there was no one to tell me this secret. "I thought to myself".

Luck And Planning Personal Finance

I was on the road to building my own empire of selling SMI programs because I owned the “Distributorship Dealership” that's according to my contract agreement. Now, my challenge was to sell, sell more programs of SMI. Recruit dynamic sale reps to work for me and all that jazz; and eventually to recoup this investment loan.

The idea to enjoy myself and my new-found “protected-territory” business enterprise was still high on the agenda of entrepreneurship, I was independent than ever before and walking on cloud 9. 

Although running your own business is not easy, one had to carry a lot of responsibility, especially managing employees to produce results. I was hungry for that 1^st sale called “ice-breaker” and dying to get my first appointment to close the deal. 

My prospecting list had 10 phone calls and only 3 appointments on average days. Chances of closing deals at this rate was very low indeed and I was worried, but eventually got the appoint.

Always take advice from experts who have done it

The CEO of a very successful hotel gave me the appointment at 09:00 a.m. I was already at the reception to meet him. I had butterflies in my stomach and full of anxiety, I almost forgot my positive affirmation mantra. 

I was anticipating this appointment to only last 15 minutes then I would be gone to the next appointment.

I was sitting next to the most incredible and successful man who; I was to try and sell “success” to; what a paradox – I walked out of his office after one and half hours. 

No! I did not close the deal but walked out of his office with the most powerful secret. The tools of how to plan a personal budget. It was something short of a miracle or things you only see or hear about in books or movies. This became my defining moment until today I am using this simple discipline every month.

Dear human, when do you ever live?

Ever thought of how life is such a lovely thing yet at the same time seems like a curse? We as the human race are programmed by society and how things need to be done in an assured way. 

We are raised to believe that it’s all about the money and the hustle. Have you ever stepped out, paused for a bit and analyze what the world has programmed us with? Internet junkies, spending money on unnecessary things, wasting our lives away like we don’t appreciate this gift of life.

Beautiful life:

It was once a peaceful place when I was much younger, when life was better and you were free, free from mental slavery, free from being judged and just living the beautiful life as it should be. 

Most of us are trapped and we keep convincing ourselves that we will start “living” once I get a well-paying job, when I graduate or whatever your excuse is. Most of us do not embrace this thing called life. 

We are made to believe that if you don’t drive a certain car, or get paid a bit more; then you’re not “living”. Our life is imprisoned by society and what other people think of us.
Isn’t it crazy how we go to work, so we can afford the cloths we wear?  

Money! Money! Money!

We pay for houses we spend less time living in?  

We go to work to pay off the very same car taking you there and spending on petrol money, living like we are programmed to do so.

Infatuation

When fate ties you into a knot - What do you do?
You have a deep but, warm secret and honest infatuation for someone in your space i.e. classroom, office, church or other places.

They don't know it, see it or cannot read your hearts' deepest intent yet!
You wish they could reciprocate the feelings you possess of them in return.
They will not know; but miss the fantasy of what is cooking inside your thoughts.

The Point Is!

Our deepest secret is to die beautiful, without telling someone how much you love them for the sake of love.
Yet love cannot be postponed!
Love can only be proposed!
Love won't be explained!
Love will only be exceptional!


Most people don't want to express it for fear of being consumed by it.
It is the fire inside that burns like mire
I would rather "express it" in tears to replenish the fruits of love from the source of my soul.
I would write about it to tell stories of the journey in my world of turmoil.
Most people don't want to share it because they don't trust their feelings.

Chris used to say:

"You're better off cleaning you chest with a thorny rose, than going to a grave with your song still on".

Let love prevail - If it dies so be it!

Here is my take -
If you love someone grab them quickly before you lose them.
There is only one of each kind of you - that will complete your kind to call it soulmate
You never know what you "HAVE" until you lose what you "HAD".

Love is a gift - Take care of it when it comes your way!
It will never be the same again if you lose it carelessly.

Dreams and Dreaming

When fate ties you into a knot - What do you do?
Your dreams are profoundly monitored at night and divinely recorded in sleep!
But, in daytime your actual life has twists and turns trials and tribulations of mellow to rough  hardships.
Sometimes you wonder why problems never stop, but pour like endless rain.

The Point Is!

Problems and difficulties in life do not emerge without a reason,
try and make time to seek solutions.
Answers might just be "sitting under your nose" if you care to decipher the truth.
Follow your heart to make your search easier.
Along the way twists and turns might just be the hand of God carving and sculpting you to perfection.

When fate ties you into a knot - What do you do?
Never stop dreaming until you find your true purpose.
Acknowledge and recognize that our problems to conquer and survive is only limited by the way we think and approach life.
Winners only quit when their Soul stops ticking.

If Nothing Changes.

Often times we find ourselves in similar situations we’ve been through before. This should mean something; either our attitude needs change or we need to change the way we think.

Change is never easy but it’s always worth it, mostly people become so immune to the chaos of how their lives are that they think that’s how it should be. No one is called to suffer.

Parental advice 
I remember my mother telling me to study hard so I can achieve the desires of my heart, to not be

depended on anyone for anything. The same goes for you, you need to step out of your comfort zone, to get to where you need to be, change isn’t always pleasant but it is vital. You can’t be in the same position in life forever you must do what you haven’t done to get different results.

 Imagine if it wasn’t for those that fought for our freedom, if blood was not shared do you think change would have come? Absolutely not, somebody had to do it, people had to lose life, and people fought and went an extra mile. We need such warriors in life, even if it wasn’t their battle and some of them are not known they took it upon themselves to illustrate how selfless we should be.

Unlimited potential
So if nothing changes, look within you and change it, grow and stop waiting for rain, become your own rainmaker and take a stand in the change you want to see. I’m not a writer, I never dreamt of it, but because someone brilliant saw the potential in me I decided to step out my comfort zone, try something new and hope to aspire the person reading this, it had to be done. Try something you have never done and see the changes.

Morals, integrity and self-respect all this have taken a backseat as visual empathy is place front. As an adult and you’re still talking about how messed up the world is and how things will never change, you have clearly been deceived by that same visual faculty you have entrusted with the responsibility to discern good, bad, right and wrong.

Talk is cheap - Action speaks louder than words

What we need is to understand that we cannot attain this without knowledge, reason and change. Failure to acknowledge this will indeed lead to much dissatisfaction.
Talking about your dreams means nothing if you’re not doing anything to achieve it. If you’re not willing to change your mindset then that’s how you will always end up… with the same results. Change begins with YOU!!

After The Festive Season - Money is Always Tight to Mention

It is not easy to keep finances together during the good days even when times are tough, it is almost impossible to manage it effectively without running into small debt or over-draft. Money does not grow on tress!

“Harvest finance and see it when it rains, but invest it wisely when it stops raining to know it is growing “– sounds like a conundrum is it?  Not quiet, I will explain it to you what I mean by this. You see we can learn from nature how to operate within circumstances, where we do not have control over natural events; but can take charge when circumstance in our favor come to change. 

When it rains, we do not have control over nature to know when; it will stop raining, but it is a good thing for a farmer’s crop, as long as it does not damage the crops.

Therefore, we must collect excess rain and store it somewhere, to preserve it for the dry seasons and periods when rain is scares. 

You can save water in two ways, collect it from the rooftop or depend on the borehole. So that when you need it, you know where to find it. Only 1% of our population can afford to own a borehole a majority will rely on prayer and the grace of the Almighty for rain to come when we need it.

However, if rain fails to come, and the land is dry and turns to barren, our crops are in danger of dying because there is not enough water to feed them. The same principle will apply to how we see and manage our finances.

Catch it while you can

Now, this becomes  a catch twenty-two situation, since not everyone can afford a borehole, therefore it means you can rely on option number 2, i.e. water from the rooftop – if you had made provision to collect it from the rooftop, you to get your water even if there is no rain to depend on. 

You earn money to save it for the rainy day, so that when times get tough – you can be sure to draw a little bit from these savings. 

This is how you should view finance when you deal with personal money issues. You see I categorize finance in three fundamental classes, which I will explain here and will deal with each aspect individually.
